Turn your ideas into original, innovative works! The Theatre – Performance Creation BFA is designed for students who want to explore multiple roles in theatre and performance. Through hands-on, studio-based courses ranging from acting and devising to playwriting, design and directing, you’ll learn how ideas move from concept to the stage.

You’ll create, experiment and collaborate through solo, small-group and large ensemble projects while developing your own artistic voice. The program prepares you to work across the theatrical creative team as a creator-performer, director, designer, dramaturg, playwright and more.

Requirements for admission:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
• ENG4U
• And five additional 4U or M courses

A supplementary evaluation is required after you apply for admission. Submit the online component by the following deadline for guaranteed consideration to the program:

February 5, 2027, for Fall 2027 entry

To gain admission to this program, your academic average should be in the mid-70s.
